We can only deliver to the UK.
Postage is based on the price of the total order. The below charges are based on UK delivery.
Standard Postage
Orders under £7.99: will have a postage charge of £2.45 and will be sent royal mail 1st class post
Orders between £8.00 and £14.99: will have a postage charge of £3.55 and will be sent royal mail 1st class post
Orders between £15.00 and £39.98: will have a postage charge of £4.75 and will be sent royal mail 1st class post
Orders over £39.99: will be charged at £6.95
Standard Lead Times
Engraved, Printed, Embroidered – will be despatched between 1-4 days*
Ceramic, Candles & Printed Glass – will be despatched between 4-6 days*
** Next Day Delivery Charge
Standard postage plus £4.99 for all orders.
** All orders placed before 12:30pm will go into production the same working day. All orders placed after 12:30pm will be classed as the next working day. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will be processed the next working day. An order received on a Friday before 12:30pm with Next Day Delivery will be delivered on next working day, either Monday or Tuesday if the Monday is a Bank Holiday.
Next Day Lead Times
Engraved, Printed, Embroidered* – if ordered before 12:30pm item will be dispatched the same day, if the order is placed after 12:30pm the item will be despatched the next working day.
Express Delivery
Some products such as ceramic, candles & printed glass *– are not available for next day delivery but will be marked as express delivery (despatched between 3-5 days and delivered the next day via courier).
* Please Note - orders that contain more than 3 items with different processes cannot be guaranteed Next Day or Express delivery.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We conform to the Data Protection Act 1998 so have a strict privacy policy and do not share your information.

Delivery Schedule
Because most of our products are personalised please allow at least seven days for a UK standard delivery. Orders are sent by either Royal Mail or courier depending on the destination. In the unlikely event we are out of stock you will be notified by e-mail giving the delivery time, with the option of an alternative or to cancel your order.
For standard UK delivery there is charge as listed above. Some products do have the option for next day or express UK delivery.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
VAT at 20.00% is included in the price of the goods. Our VAT registration number 787 0999 56.
Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the internet. Credit card transations are through Sagepay and Paypal. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using Sagepay's or Paypal's encryption. They are not held in clear text on any web site. We do not see any credit card details.

Customer Services is open Monday to Friday between 0900 and 1700hrs Calls are charged at normal rates. In the event that you are unhappy with any aspect of dealing with Gift For You Ltd, please inform us as soon as possible, by email, telephone or letter, in order that we can put things right without delay.
We will send you the following: - an acknowledgement of your complaint within 5 working days (within 2 days by email) - a full reply to your complaint within 14 days (within 7 days by email) If, for some reason, we cannot deal with your complaint within these time limits, we will give you a reason for the delay, and a date by which your complaint will be dealt with. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer
Returns Policy
DAMAGED / FAULTY GOODS We take every effort to ensure that our products reach you in perfect condition. However, should you receive any products in less than perfect condition, contact us within 30 days to let us know and we will arrange for a refund or exchange. Please include full details of the fault, the date you purchased the goods and any invoice number or order number plus your contact details to assist us in processing your return and issuing replacement goods/refunds. In this event we will also refund the cost of postage. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Any refunds due will be completed within 30 days from the date the product is returned.

Cancellation of an Order
Once work has started on the personalisation of the product we unfortunately cannot accept a cancellation. We cannot accept returns of products we have modified, customised or engraved according to a customers request.
